INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — The Incline Village real estate market is off to a good start in 2012 with sales occurring in every price range up to $6 million during the first quarter. One sector of the market seeing a disproportionate amount of activity is the lower-priced condos in Incline Village and Crystal Bay.

ONLY TWO THIRD CREEK CONDOS ARE CURRENTLY ON THE MARKET

The MLS displays only two current listings in the popular Third Creek condo complex.  That number is unusually low for such a large complex.  It's clear that the properties are respected, especially since a review of Incline Village condo sales reveals that 5 of 11 YTD sales, as of 3/2/11, were in Third Creek.

This complex is displaying great market strength.  A good location such as a south side, end unit, backing to the Third Creek open space meadow, is particularly in demand.  Residents can walk to the Championship Golf Course next door, to Raley's for groceries, and to a number of good restaurants.
