Castle on Lake Tahoe Reduced $4M to $18,850,000

Lake Tahoe's Incline Village Castle has been drastically reduced in price to $18,850,000.  I just received the following email from the owner regarding the current status of the offering.

"Dear Fellow Real Estate Professional:
We hope this letter finds you doing well and enjoying the uptick in Incline Village/Lake Tahoe real estate sales.

Lakeshore Terrace is a great complex which is directly on the water with an excellent pier and many boat buoys.  There are a variety of unit types and many units have large garages, which are very rare with lake front condos which were originally constructed for only vacation use.
