It wasn't long ago that you could not buy a property in the Millcreek area for less than $600K. Now prices on the older inventory there have dropped solidly under $500k. Spec builders used to comb the area for old 60's tear downs for the land, to in turn, build large, $2M plus homes.

We are definitely seeing solid interest again in Incline real estate. Prospects want to get in the market while it has become relatively affordable. Those days are rare in the Lake Tahoe market, expecially on the Nevada side and even more so in Incline Village.
