Check out the 649 Alpine View listing priced at $719,900.  The location is great; lake view, quiet, street to street.  House needs TLC.  This price is almost half of what desireable Eastern Slope lots were costing at the top of the market.  Someone could create a beautiful home environment here.

This group includes a Bitterbrush condo unit with a huge view for $425,000.  That complex has been loved and hated for a few different reasons but bottom line, this BIG VIEW unit is very interesting at the listed asking price level.

The house at 1039 Apollo is of the passive solar type but it has been  recently remodeled, is on a preferred downslope site and seller financing is called out.  Looks like a lot of house for what you could probably negotiate as a final price.
