Lake Tahoe's Incline Village Castle has been drastically reduced in price to $18,850,000.  I just received the following email from the owner regarding the current status of the offering.

807 Alder, Woodstock unit 58, is now market priced well at $309,900 asking.

847 Jeffrey has been reduced from $750,000 to $740,000 and now $720,000. It appears as if there is motivation on that listing.

590 Pinto is now $2,599,000, down from $2,940,000. Back on 5/26/09 it was listed at $3,700,000.
