$1,950,000 07/27/05The home at 483 Fairview, with an asking price $1,695,000 has a great location and is now priced attractively.  The last sale price on the property was $1,950,000 on 7/27/2005.  That was three years before Lehman Brothers crashed in the fall of 2008.  On it's face, I think this property is undervalued.

Lakeshore Terrace is a great complex which is directly on the water with an excellent pier and many boat buoys.  There are a variety of unit types and many units have large garages, which are very rare with lake front condos which were originally constructed for only vacation use.

JUST ESCROWED - 1457 GLARUS COURT, TYROLIAN VILLAGE - ASKED: $950,000


This bank owned listing did not last on the market long, as I stated when it first hit the hotsheet about two weeks ago.  You just do not find panoramic view homes at the listed price level.  I wouldn't be surprised if this one was involved in yet another bidding war on a bank owned listing.  The site is a small footprint with the Big View and the benefit of open space below it.

JUST LISTED - DISTRESSED BITTERBRUSH - LOW PRICE $329,175!

This is yet another seriously distressed Bitterbrush.  The next higher ask price in the complex is $380,000.  The lowest MLS sale YTD in the complex was $317,000.  TLC is needed but you get a solid view of the ski area, garages, sunny interior, and a panoramic view of the lake from the deck.  I'm sure there is a back story so stay tuned for new details on this blog.  As of this posting the listing IS NOT IN THE INCLINE MLS.  Call me, or email, for details Randy@RandyBull.com.

JUST LISTED - TWO EXCEPTIONAL HIGH END VIEW CONDOS

These two properties should receive plenty of showings because of their views and quality interiors.  The Lakeshore Terrace unit 47 property is a personal favorite of mine.  It has panoramic views from both living levels, was developer owned and remodeled to a high level, plus it has a deeded buoy.  The Pointe unit 3 has a lakeview, one level living at nearly 3,000 feet and an underground garage with elevator.  It's a terrific snowbird location.  Call me for an appointment to view them.
