Many buyers are not interested in one bedroom units but I believe they are often the most practical to own. If the owners want to rent the property on a vacation rental basis they can generate enough net cash flow to offset the taxes and homeowner dues. They are great alternatives to hotel rooms because of the inclusion of a kitchen and more living space for entertainment. At the same time, they are relatively easy to setup and maintain.
