Sure, there are more in distress or underwater but they may, or may not, be able to hold onto their asset, or should we call it an anchor?

CURRENT MLS LISTINGS - PRICED HIGHEST TO LOWEST - AS OF: 2-18-11
The total Incline Village listing count including all types; homes, condos, PUD's, lots, investment and businesses totals 353. That is not a high number even considering that the shadow inventory is 50 - 60 properties. I derived that number by taking the current RealtyTrac, zip code 89450 and 89451 default total of 73 at last reference, and subtracting the MLS listings identified (an MLS member requirement) short sale and bank owned listings.
