PRICE INCREASE! I WONDER WHY?

This beautiful lakefront home has been listed over the past year and a half with 5 different asking prices since January of 2009.  There must be an interesting reason.  I'll have to ask Mike Young, the listing agent.  It seems a little mysterious so the back story should be enlightening.
