I often receive this search request.  If you are shopping lake front condo listings with views, they are typically priced above 1M.  If not, the view is limited, and the unit probably has few bedrooms and needs extensive remodeling.  The Bitterbrush and Burgundy Hill complexes usually have the lowest priced listings with views.
