There is no doubt in my mind that Realtor.com is a most effective way to track the Incline Village real estate market. It now displays sales and pendings along with new listings. Follow the link below. Realtor.com will display the newest listings after the first listing, which I assume is "promoted." The timing of new posts is excellent. They hit Realtor.com withing hours of the local Incline MLS postings.
