September and October are fantastic at Lake Tahoe. The temperatures are perfect for hiking and the beaches and trails are uncrowded. Bikers, hikers and kiteboarders love it this time of year. The golf courses are still inviting and tennis in the pines is fun as well. It's an incredible playground for people of all ages!
