MOST RECENT 10 CONDO SALES as of 11-11-11
It is notable that three of these ten condo sales are located in lakefront complexes. Smart money buyers, wishing to own lakefront access property, are stepping up to bat since prices headed into winter are probably at the bottom of the graph trough.
